What methods of payment are available in a taxi?
You can pay via the app (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard,Paypal ).
Directly to your driver by cash, card (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or cab cheque (region cheque, communal cheques, TaxisVerts cheque).

How do I book a taxi?
To book a TaxisVerts, the most convenient solution is our application.
Thanks to the app, you know the price of the journey and can follow your driver with precision.
And to save time on arrival, insert your payment card into the app and pay for the journey in total security.

Can I take a taxi with my dog (small or large)?
Of course! Just let us know when you call.
If you order via the app, select"Animal on board".
How do I book a cab with a car seat?
All you have to do is request it when you call us, or select "Child Seat" if you order via the app, or indicate it in your request if you order via email.
Is it possible to book a cab with one or more car seats?
Some of our cabs are equipped with a booster seat. Simply request one when you place your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have several per vehicle.
Is it possible to travel with a child under 1m35 on your lap?
As with public transport, it is not compulsory for children under 1m35 to be seated in a car seat when travelling in cabs. We do, however, have some vehicles equipped with booster seats. Simply ask for one when you place your order.
Why is there a pending charge on my account for an amount higher than the fare of the trip?
The amount you see is the price of the trip, plus a 20% surcharge for waiting.
This amount is temporarily held and will be released at the end of the booking if there was no wait.
I turned to the competition after trying in vain to book a cab.

Due to high demand during certain periods, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If this waiting time is too long for you, you can always order your cab via our TaxisVerts app.
