Is it possible to have a fixed price if I book the same trip several times? (Ex: 3 return trips between my home and the hospital)

Unfortunately not, as traffic conditions are not always the same, it is not possible to calculate a fixed price for trips within Brussels. However, we do have flat rates for your trips to the airport or outside Brussels.

Is it possible to take a cab with my dog (small / big)?

Yes of course, just specify it when you call us or by selecting "Animal on board" if you order via our application

How to book a cab?

The easiest way to order a cab is via our application available on the Apple Store and Google PlayStore. If you wish, you can also book by phone at 02/349.49.49 or by email by sending your request to the following address: dispa@taxis.be

When will the collecto service return?

The Collecto service is currently unavailable. We advise you to follow our social networks to keep informed about the resumption of this service.

What are the means of payment in a cab?

You can pay via the application (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal)

Directly to your driver in cash, by card (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or by cab cheque (region cheque, communal cheques, Taxis Verts cheque)
