You don't answer when you are called

Due to the high demand during certain periods, it may take some time to get an operator online, we are sorry about that. If this waiting time is too long for you, you can always order your cab via our Taxis Verts application.

Is it possible to have a fixed price if I book the same trip several times? (Ex: 3 return trips between my home and the hospital)

Unfortunately not, as traffic conditions are not always the same, it is not possible to calculate a fixed price for trips within Brussels. However, we do have flat rates for your trips to the airport or outside Brussels.

Is it possible to travel with a child under 1m35 on your lap?

As with public transportation, it is not mandatory for children under 1m35 to be seated in a car seat when traveling by cab. However, we have some vehicles equipped with a booster seat, you just have to ask for it when you order.

Is it possible to book a cab with one or more car seats?

Some of our cabs are equipped with a booster seat, you just have to ask for it when you order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have several per vehicle.

How do I book a cab with a car seat?

Just ask for it when you call us or select "Child Seat" if you order via the app or tell us in your request if you order via email.

Is it possible to take a cab with my dog (small / big)?

Yes of course, just specify it when you call us or by selecting "Animal on board" if you order via our application

The easiest way to order a cab is via our application available on the Apple Store and Google PlayStore. If you wish, you can also book by phone at 02/349.49.49 or by email by sending your request to the following address: dispa@taxis.be

When will the collecto service return?

The Collecto service is currently unavailable. We advise you to follow our social networks to keep informed about the resumption of this service.

What are the means of payment in a cab?

You can pay via the application (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal)

Directly to your driver in cash, by card (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or by cab cheque (region cheque, communal cheques, Taxis Verts cheque)
